If you are an EBT cardholder and receive a text, call or email asking for your card number, PIN or any personal information, do NOT provide it. There are reports of an EBT scam and attempts to steal benefits. Alameda County Social Service Agency (ACSSA) will never ask for this information through phone, text, or email. The Biden Administration has taken action to end the Trump public charge policy. It is now safe for immigrants and their families to use the health, nutrition, and housing programs to which they are legally entitled without fear or confusion.

CalFresh and CalWORKs Online Appointment Rescheduling
Did you know you can now reschedule your CalFresh and/or CalWORKs application or renewal interview appointment online? To reschedule your appointment for a time that works for you, click HERE. You will need to provide your first and last name, date of birth, and case number. Your case number can be found on most letters we send you in the top right-hand corner.
